Natural Healing Pain Clinic
“Nature is the greatest healer of all.”
How Natural healing can help patients in pain:
The primary goal of a natural healing treatment is to reduce the symptoms of pain as quickly as possible. This may initially, be temporarily, but hopefully permanently, or at least will reduce the intensity of the pain.
Pain is often just the symptom; so we try to understand the cause and treat for both.
For various reasons pain is different for all of us. It can take more than one session to achieve a permanent result, as muscle groups can take time to find their original positions. This is particularly the case when the condition has been longstanding. Occasionally pain must be managed periodically to provide the desired relief.
Where possible the treatment tries to stimulate the body to do the work and get its self back into a position of ease, and out of dis-ease. We may suggest that you make some adjustments to your daily/ weekly life activities to help support your body’s recovery. We see pain relief as a joint practitioner/ patient journey, and hopefully we play only a brief cameo role in the patient’s life.

"Just wanted to let you know I have been feeling a lot better since our initial session last week. Much of the tightness around chest/stomach area has gone and the overall pain level has been greatly reduced; there is much less general discomfort and easing of my digestive system.
Thank you so much!
Your healing has been so effective, it has allowed me to go out running once again!”

"I have suffered with unbearable period cramps since my late teens/early twenties and some stagnancy of blood flow/movement over the cycles. The western route was pain medication, but I wanted to get to the bottom of the issue, I consulted Simon and was given an energy healing intervention and a herbal remedy to take the week before and the week of my bleed. I can honestly say that my pain has gone from a 10/10 to a 5/10 and does not last as long, furthermore, I can better manage any pain I do get and have not needed to take any pain relief for cramps and the blood stagnancy has reduced. I truly couldn’t recommend Simon enough, he is able to word things to you in a way that you might not have thought of before and I truly feel incredibly grateful to have met him, he helps you to feel at ease, and goes above and beyond to ensure you feel ok after each appointment and on your check ins."

Common painful conditions and their treatments
Pain can come in various forms, both physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Some of the most common physical pain complaints that Simon comes across are listed below,
Back pain: There are numerous causes of back pain, including muscle tension within muscle groups which I mention below, plus nerve supply issues, and the skeletal frame being out of line.
Treatment: There are subtle techniques that Simon uses to stimulate the nerve supply to begin to function again and reduce the associated pain.
Bowel issues: The term irritable bowel is one that seems to get used for a myriad of conditions connected with both under active and overactive bowel movements.
Treatment: The causes may be many and various. However, many of these conditions are treatable using herbs and subtle techniques to help reset the bowel function to what we might consider normal and or acceptable.
Circulation: Poor blood circulation can be caused by several issues, however, there is a wide range of herbs and techniques that can help with this condition.
Exhausted carers: It’s a sad reflection in society that there are large numbers of people who feel that their life is on hold as they have found themselves in the role of being a carer to family members, friends or indeed to patients and clients during their professional role as a paid carer, or nurse.
Treatments: There are remedies that will help prevent burn out and indeed reset the individual’s imbalance and bring back joy and hope into their lives. Treatment will increase energy levels and bolster confidence which should help foster a more positive outlook.
Menstruation: For some young women during the beginning of their menstrual cycle they bodies can affect their circulation and there can be a continued feeling of being cold. While during the menstrual cycle discomfort can be experienced in the form of pain, mood swings, iron deficiency because of bleeding, unclear thinking and exhaustion.
Treatments: There are herbs that can help balance out female hormones, thus relieving these debilitating symptoms.
Menopause: As the menstruation cycle begins to come to its natural conclusion various hormone adjustments can take place, resulting in hot flushes, backaches, headaches etc.
Treatments: There are a suite of herbs that can prove beneficial in reducing these symptoms during this period of transition.
Muscle tension: This can be the cause of pain, often a muscle group will go into spasm to guard and protect the body.
Treatments: There are a number of options on how to reset the muscle memory and consequently relax the offending muscle group. Thus, giving much relief from areas such as tension headaches, neck, shoulder and lower back pain.
Prostate issues: Men of a certain age can start developing symptoms indicating that the prostate gland might not be functioning as well as it might do, both in terms difficulty passing urination and more frequent in urination, plus desire to urinate at night.
Treatments: There are several herbs that are considered helpful to restore a good flow and bladder function.
Soft tissue pain: Badly bruised muscles/ soft tissue can respond well to various anti-inflammatory herbs.
