A Cornish heritage Apple variety, with origin as a seedling raised by Benjamin Roberts at Trannack, Cornwall c.1830.

A compact tree or large bush, although the trees appearance will adjust depending on its location. A dark red fruit although they can vary in colour, with good, sweet flavour. September harvest in an average growing season.

Flowering Group: 1 (requires a pollinator) Our suggestions are from Breadfruit, Cornish Queen, Pendragon, Tregonna King and Manaccan Primrose.
